We have staff on-call during evenings and weekends for urgent support issues. To access our after-hours team call our support desk on 03 5781100. Our reception team will answer your call and contact one of our after hours team to contact you.

Yes, we provide support for home users, we do home visits as well as workshop work for home users.

Our support contracts are designed to be flexible and work with your school or business to deliver support when you need it. Just contact us for more information.
